For a more accurate determination of what is the hottest pair, I think I should limit the number of drawings….maybe I should only look at the last 50 to 100 drawings (not the last 500 to 1,000 drawings). I say that because when I look at the last 52 drawings, PAIR 15 is showing up as the hottest pair (when looking at the last 1,000 drawings, pair 12 is the hottest).

I have the last 52 NY Pick 3 numbers on my tracking sheet. I decided to count how many times each pair (in the blue CODES) hit and the results are below. It turns out that pair 15 has gotten the most hits in the last 52 drawings (it hit 14 times). Pairs 12 and 13 each have 13 hits. Pair 23 hit 12 times, and pairs 24, 45, 33, and 14 got 10 hits, and so forth…pair 55 only hit once in the last 52 drawings.

I think that just looking at the last 50 to 100 drawings will tell me what the real hottest pair is right now. But the best playlists will come from the gaps…and right now the gap (no hits) has pairs 23 and 24.

I made a mistake…pair 24 actually hit recently in code 234 – but that was 7 drawings ago. It’s still due – but not for as long as I thought originally. Also…pair 14 has not played much recently, so pair 24 may hit as code 124 (code 124 is a hot code in NY). The playlist for code 124 is: 124 129 147 179 246 269 467 679.

IMPORTANT: When using this system, you only have to track 15 PAIRS! The last five are doubles: 11 to 55. The hot and cold pairs will change state to state – but its only 15 pairs. This is my latest coding system for both the P3 and P4 games.

This means that the code for 679 is 124 and the code for 7845 is 2345.

This system reduces both the Pick 3 and Pick 4 game into a FIVE-digit game. It dramatically simplifies the game. This means that there are only 125 Straight numbers or codes in P3 (5x5x5) and there are only 625 Straight numbers in the P4 game (5x5x5x5). Every P3 code represents 8 numbers (2x2x2) and every P4 code represents 16 numbers (2x2x2x2).
