Lottery Scam

EMAIL I JUST GOT
I belong to a couple of lottery groups on Facebook. I had this one joker asking me to pay him $150 dollars and in return he’ll give me the next winning number in any state. This has been going on for over a week now. I know its a scam. But the others in our group may not know or are not sure. So I started to talk to this person and asked him all kinds of questions about the pick 3 and 4 games. He showed me pictures of winning numbers in many different states that certain people have hit or won. I asked him where  he is getting his info on these hot winning numbers? He says from a higher source. I asked him where are they getting these winning numbers? He says, there’s a leak in the lottery system. Some numbers are pre-drawn in some states. I said, What!! Your out of your mind and a total scam. He says, he’s telling the truth, swears by it. I haven’t talked to him in 2 days now. I wanted to ask you if you heard anything like this? And is it possible for a leak in the lottery system? I contacted the groups and told all the members there are scammers in our group trying to sell bs numbers and info to you. Do not listen or accept their offer. Your the lotto Master for many years now and I wanted to touch base with you on this subject. Crazy isn’t it?

MY RESPONSE
YES…some states have drawings that are not made public. I know Texas has them.

But I do NOT see how that helps this person predict the next number because these drawings do not count. They are thrown out. That is why sometimes you see “crazy” numbers hitting; there were drawings done in the back office that were not made official.

If he is serious and legit, he would give away free predictions ahead of time so he can prove that his system works.

He can pick the state. Then he should predict the next number that will hit that state ahead of time. If he is not willing to do that, he is definately running a scam.
