I know for a fact that digits 6 and 9 go together (Rule 69). Also, the low digits are 1 and 0 (they should go together). The two middle digits in most box numbers (low to high) are 4 and 5 (they should go together). That leaves two sets: 2/3 and 7/8. Below is my system…1 = 0 and 1 (I am writing it as 10). 3 = 2 and 3 (I am writing it as 32), 5 = 54 (4 and 5) 6 = 6 and 9 and 8 = 7 and 8 (you can personalize this: see the bottom of this page).

==============================
You can use this coding system in many different ways.
Below is one way. As you can see, digits 6 and 9 and are due in New York. I would not be surprised if a 6 or a 9 hits tonight – or tomorrow.

===================================
The code for 827 is 838.
The code for 458 is 558.
The code for 088 is 188.
The code for 200 is 311.
The code for 763 is 863.
and so forth.
====================================
This turns the Pick 3 (and Pick 4) game into a five digit game.
Every Pick 3 code = 8 numbers (2 x 2 x 2).
Every Pick 4 code = 16 numbers (2 x 2 x 2 x 2).
====================================
Above is my personal preference. Below is the “correct box” with the digits low to high (01, 23, 45, 69, 78).

====================================
You can personalize this. For example, you can make 6 and 9 = 9 or you can make 4 and 5 = 4 or you can make 7 and 8 = 7.

State Based Personalization
More personalization: if you have noticed that in your state two digits tend to hit together – or mirror each other (like 6 and 9), feel free to use them as one set. In other words; turn the two digits into ONE digit (use one digit to represent both digits). Basically, you want to reduce everything to FIVE digits.
