I have been informed that the numbers are not hitting.

Which brings up an interesting point (the same point I explained during the Zoom call): you have to test this system out (explained HERE) in at least 10 states to see which states give you the quickest hits. Only use this system where the hits come the quickest. Also, figure out when you have to STOP playing the numbers (even in a quick state). For example….if playing 16 numbers online, only play for a maximum of 6 drawings…if playing 8 numbers, only play for a maximum of 9 drawings. NOTE: If playing at the store by you, you number of drawings you play will be LESS.

Have some rules written down BEFORE you play…so that you are profitable OR to cut your losses if the numbers do NOT hit.
