I was having a discussion with Michelle from Texas yesterday and she expressed how frustrated she was with all the doubles currently hitting Texas. Here are the results for Texas as of July 17, 2013:
Look at all those doubles!
337, 788, 771, 971, 133, 511, 779: that’s 6 doubles in 7 drawings!
What is the problem here? Why so many doubles?
The problem with Texas are the Pre Test Drawings which are NOT counted as official drawings.
Now lets take a look at the numbers drawn in the Pre Test Drawing BEFORE the 788 and 337 hit on the 17th. The actual numbers drawn are below. Notice that they are all singles! (They are on the right hand side).
Click on the image below to make it larger.
463, 857, 430, 654 = all singles!
So that is where the singles are hitting; in the Pre Test Drawings before the official drawing!
Therefore, if you play Texas numbers, I have 2 suggestions.
Suggestion 1: Have a back up state to play whenever you start seeing doubles. If you have an account at 5dimes.com, you can play any state.
Suggestion 2: Be very disciplined in following the Second Double Rule in Texas. This rule means that you should stop playing whenever you see two doubles hitting back to back.
That means that if the current day is July 12, you would not play on the 13th because two doubles hit on the 12th: 363 and 390.
Following the Second Double Rule would have saved you from losing money on the 779, 511, 133, 771, 788 and 337 that followed!
When should you start playing again?
After you see 6 singles hitting back to back.
