Here is a formula to win the pick 3 game. And it only requires playing a few numbers.

1. Find the 10 most due Power Numbers for your state. I explained how to do this on the post right before this one; “Power 10: Simplify Your Game.” Read it to learn how to find the most due Power Numbers in your state. Just be aware that you will have to go back 3, 4, or 5 months to find the most recent 30 Power Numbers that hit your state.  You find these and cross them off the list of 40 numbers. The remaining 10 numbers are the most due Power Numbers. I refer to this list as Power 10 or P10. UPDATE: There is a new program coming to Pick3programs.com that does this automatically for you. If you are a member, you will be able to use this program to get the Power 10 list FAST!
2. Use the Forecast-38 program (near the bottom of the menu under “Specialized Programs”) to get a list of 38 numbers with a good chance of hitting in the next few drawings. Find the 2-way match between these numbers and your Power 10 list (P10). Write these numbers down. It will usually be only 1, 2, or 3 numbers. UPDATE: It is a good idea to find the 2-way match between the 38 numbers and all 40 Power Numbers as well just in case any of them is about to hit.
3. Find the 2-way match between the 10 numbers and the 80 DTD numbers. Write these down.
4. Find the 2-way match between the 10 numbers and the Code-3 numbers. Write these down.
5. Find the 2-way match between the 10 numbers and the Due Pairs Play List. Write these down.
6. Study the DTD Reference Box and ask yourself; Which of these 10 numbers will hit next based on this Reference Box?
7. Use the Reference Box & Game Index (20) program and study the Reference Box and ask yourself the same question; Which of these 10 numbers will hit next based on this Reference Box?
8. When you do all this, you will find 1, 2, or 3 numbers with a very good chance of hitting next. They just keep showing up all over the place.
9. Since you are only looking at 10 numbers, you will have a fixed reference point to interpret all the information you are seeing from all the programs. For example, most of what I am seeing in all the programs right now tell me that 056 should hit NY soon. For example, I keep seeing digits 6 and 0 high on the DTD Reference Box. I can only come to this conclusion because I know what the P10 numbers are for New York.
10.  Play the 1, 2, or 3 numbers you come up with on paper first, not with real money. Only start playing with real money AFTER you get one or two hits on paper with this system. Here is the truth: most times your numbers will NOT hit. But this will happen no matter what system you use. But that’s fine because you are on the right track. Remember: the P10 numbers MUST eventually hit. They are due to hit sooner or later. And even when they don’t hit, you will learn something. And your 10 numbers stay the same. This stabilizes your game. Since your list is the same from draw to draw, your game is stable. Your game is solid.
11.  Repeat the steps above until you get a hit on paper. And believe me; in a short time you will hit!
12. After one or two hits on paper, start playing with real money.
13. Do NOT play with real money in the beginning (that’s how people end up losing money in lottery games). Have the patience to win on paper first before playing for real.
14. Keep a Pick 3 journal and write down everything you learn. You can use this journal to write down key digits, codes, hot digits, cold digits, etc. Keeping a journal will accelerate your learning process. The use of a journal is especially useful here because we will NOT be jumping around and considering all kind of wild possibilities. This journal will be useful because we will keep referring back to the same 10 numbers.
