Click the link at the bottom of this post to open up an Excel spreadsheet that will show you how your new tracking sheet should look like using the new ABC system where you track LINES, not groups. I am using the New York ABC list and numbers here (you would do the same for Florida, Texas, New Jersey and all other states).
I got a little lazy with the dates…but I think you get the idea.
Here is the color coding system I am using:
Red = A numbers/lines
Blue shading = B numbers/lines
Brown shading = C numbers/lines
You, of course, would need to be a member to have access to the ABC lists for NY, FL, TX and NJ, or you can purchase the ABC list for any of these states for just $17.
The most obvious trigger here are the high number lines (11-12-13-14-15).
After one or two of these high number lines, low number lines (1-2-3-4-5) follow.
The perfect example of this took place on March 10 when lines 15-14 hit. Two low number lines followed the next day: 2-3.
Download the tracking sheet by clicking on the link below. I suggest you print it out and use a similar tracking format for any state you are tracking.
