I just made an interesting discovery.

Here it is:

One of the 20 Straight numbers will usually hit
BOX in the next 1 to 6 drawings.

I am specifically refering to this program:

I will call this RULE 26.

20 = 20 Straight Numbers
6 = A Box Hit within 6 drawings
