I know…Ontario is on a different country (Canada) – but I will treat it as a state. What I just found out is that the 5 coldest digits do much better in Ontario. When I back tested 10 weeks, the 5 coldest digits resulted in 16 hits (there was at least one hit EVERY single week!). This means that if you play Ontario, you should be using the 60-COLD 5 program. However, even the hot digits did well; they got 14 hits in 10 weeks, which is excellent. Notice that the total number of hits is 30 (14 + 16). I will call this the state INDEX. This means that the INDEX for Ontario is 30, which is very high. This means that you should be looking at 20 numbers in Ontario every week – but pay more attention to the 10 numbers you get from the 5 coldest digits because these hit the most.

UPDATE #1: Below is the state breakdown: 14 states are HOT (the 5 hottest digits tend to hit the most) and 16 states are COLD (the 5 coldest digits tend to hit the most). CALIFORNIA and VIRGINIA are Balanced (same number of hot and cold hits) but I will include them with the Hot states.

UPDATE #2: Going forward the Sunday report numbers will be more specific. In other words, I will use the 60-Hot 5 program for the top 14 states and the 60-Cold 5 program for the bottom 16 states.
