I was thinking about something; the digits 6 and 9 will always be problematic because you will have to play the other number because of Rule 69 (the 6 tends to hit as a 9 and the 9 tends to hit as a 6). This means that if you think that 246 will hit, you better play 249 as well. If you think 459 is hot, you better play 456 as well. So….why not just remove these two digits from the box? This will simplify the game. Now we just have to focus on seven digits:

If we wheel these seven digits, we end up with a list of 35 numbers.

We can make this the MASTER list of numbers for the Pick 3 game.

How can we reduce this list? A simple way is getting the 2-way list between this list and the RUNDOWN list. In other words, enter the 80 Rundown numbers and these 35 numbers into the Group Matching program. Pay attention to this shorter 2-way list.

Another way to reduce this list is by (1) Entering the Playlist from the 10-DUE Pairs program (the Playlist in BLUE below) AND the 35 numbers above into the Group Matching program and then (2) seeing what is the top matching number (usually 3-way or 4-way). See if one of these numbers is one of the 35 numbers.

When I do that, I get ONE number that shows up 3 times: 238:

238 is on my Master List; so its technically the BEST number to play in NY right now. 238 is a 3-way number because it is made up from 3 due pairs:

STRATEGY: This may be the BEST way to classify how “hot” a number is. The more due pairs it has, the more likely it is to hit soon. So any number with 3 due pairs is more likely to hit than a number with just one due pair.

IMPORTANT: You can use this as a stand alone system: Enter the last 100 numbers that hit your state into the 10-DUE PAIRS program. Copy the Playlist on the bottom and paste it onto the Group Matching program. Look at the top matching numbers (3-way, 4-way, 5-way, etc.). The top number will be the BEST number to play in your state right now.

To reduce the 14 numbers on the 2-way list, copy both lists into the Group Matching program:

Notice that the most due pair is 24….and 245 and 248 are on this list.

One of these two numbers may hit before 238.

Either way, the 3 hottest numbers in NY right now are 245, 248, 238.
