FLORIDA–Explanation

I used the Line Frequency Finder Program (one of my Secret Programs).

For FLORIDA: I entered the last 400 numbers that hit into the program. This will tell me which of the 20 lines in the Rundown list hits the most. As you can see below, the top line is 15. It hit 20 times in the last 160 days. I included the top 5 lines in my prediction (lines 15, 04, 20, 05) – however, if you want, you can just play the top line: 15 (just 4 numbers). If you want the last 400 numbers that hit Florida, email me and I will send you the list.

Next I go to the Rundown-List 20 program.

I go down to line 15. As you can see, it has number 345.

CALIFORNIA–Explanation

Same strategy used in California. As you can see below, the hottest line in CA is line 19–and the second hottest line is 11 (if you want the last 400 numbers that hit California, email me and I will send you the list).

Next…go to the Rundown List-20 program to see which numbers are on the top lines…in this case, the hit came from the second hottest line; Line 11.

The best strategy is to use the numbers from the top 3 lines. This will give you 12 numbers (4 X 3). Or use the top 5 lines (4 X 5 = 20 Numbers).
