If you add the hottest and coldest pairs, you will usually get a three-digit number. This number tends to hit soon after (add digits 0 to 9 to complete the full Pick 4 number). Using New Jersey as an example…the coldest (most due) pair on Saturday night was 13.

=========================
Next; find the HOTTEST pair in the last 60 drawings, which is 15. Use this program to find the hottest Pick 4 pair.

Coldest (Most Due) Pair = 13
Hottest Pair = 15
Add the two pairs: 13 + 15 = 135.
This will give you 10 numbers (add 0 to 9 to 135).
135 Hit two days later in 1635.

I suggest you test this out in your state.
