If you play online, I recommend that you only play my Pick 4 numbers in these 13 states:

They are sorted alphabetically below.

And do NOT play my Pick 4 numbers in these 6 states. These 6 states are literally at the bottom of the list.

Things may change in the near future (check my Excel sheet HERE), but right now my Pick 4 numbers are not hitting that much in these 6 states.
