MY RESPONSE: Sorry about that; you have to plan ahead and assume that you will have TWO weeks where a DD or a Triple does NOT hit. You can win a lot of money in Pick 4 ($9,000 and more); but you definitely need the budget for it (to cover you for two losing weeks).
