In the meantime, I will say this:
It is actually best to include ALL the numbers that hit
(including doubles and triples) because not including
these will not give you a realistic representation of
what is really going on in the game right now.
You can still just include the singles when first setting
up your sheet, but going forward, I suggest you include
every number that hits…including doubles.
Secondly, this is not a stand alone system.
You have to use it along with other systems.
Which is why I just came up with TWO new systems
that are to be used along with the Block system.
The first one is called the Data Sheet.
This is a collection of the most important information
regarding the Pick 3 game in your state right now.

At any point in time, three of these blocks
are dominant in any state.
I explain how to identity the three hottest blocks below.
This means that there are only 20 numbers
to deal with because when you wheel six digits
you will always end up with 20 box singles.
For example, the three dominant blocks

When these six digits are wheeled, it gives

How to Find the 3 Hottest Blocks
You identify the 3 hottest blocks by counting the blocks
in the last 4 to 10 numbers that hit your state.
The blocks are:

Example: New York: 843 hit last (Sunday March 21).

843 has blocks 48 and 13.
017 has blocks 02, 13, and 57.
911 has blocks 69 and 13.
149 has blocks 13, 48, and 69.
451 has blocks 48, 57, and 13.
763 has blocks 57, 69, and 13.
NOTE: Doubles only have TWO blocks (not three).
Example:
330 has blocks 13 and 02.
779 has blocks 57 and 69.
Write how many hits each block has gotten:
13 = How many hits in the last 4 to 10 drawings?
02 = How many hits in the last 4 to 10 drawings?
48 = How many hits in the last 4 to 10 drawings?
57 = How many hits in the last 4 to 10 drawings?
69 = How many hits in the last 4 to 10 drawings?
If you can clearly see the three hottest blocks
in the last 4 drawings, stop. If not, use one more
drawing (5). If its still not clear, use the last 6
or 7 drawings. The key is to use as many drawings
as you need to clearly identify the 3 hottest blocks
in your state right now. You should only need the
last 4 to 10 drawings for this.
You are looking for the three blocks that have
hit the most in the last 4 to 10 drawings.
These will be the three hottest blocks in your
state right now.
Wheel the six digits.
You will end up with 20 box numbers.
One of the 20 numbers should hit in the next 1
to 6 drawings.
You can use the 10 most due pairs in your state
to narrow down the list.

The most due pair is the top left pair: 01.
This is the coldest pair: 01.
The next most due pair is 78.
Then 68. Then 46, and so forth.
So the target and the most due line and the most
due pair are basically saying the same thing:
a 01x number should be hitting New York soon.
And most likely it will be one of these numbers:
012 013 014 015
I say that because 02 and 13 are also due pairs
and they point to 012 and 013.
