How to Reduce Any List Using the STATIC List (FREE Report!)

NEW WIN 4 Program!—PAIR PLAYLIST-4
I am working on something BIG for the Win 4 game.
The first part of the system I have in mind requires
knowing the due pairs in the Pick 4 game.

The next part of the system requires knowing what
DOUBLES have the due pair. That is why I just sent out intructions for a new program that will give you all the doubles that have any pair you enter. Below are the instructions I just sent out.

This program will give the doubles playlist for the pair entered. So TWO digits must be entered (and they must be different): 12, 34, 25, 56, 79, etc (the program will give an error message if 00, 11, 22….99 is entered).
INSTRUCTIONS
Enter a pair (two digits). This program will list all the doubles that have the pair entered. Only enter single pairs (example: 12, 23, 45, 59, 89, etc). Do not enter any of these double pairs: 00, 11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, 99.
For example, if pair 25 is entered, the output will show this:

New York-Sunday-6/14: The BRS System
I am going to call this system The BRS System.
B stands for BASIC. The Basic list is the big list. It usually has 40 to 50 numbers. Most of the hits come from this big list.
R stands for REDUCED. This list usually has 20 to 28 numbers.
S stands for SHORT. This list usually has 14 to 20 numbers. The S can also stand for SPECIAL. A Special list is a very short list of super hot numbers (usually around 5 numbers; always less than 10). My Special list for NY for the next two days is 135, 045, 027, 157 and 158. Keep in mind that all of the numbers on all the lists are BOX numbers.
I will be sending 4 PDF reports to Money Club members explaining how to get each list; one report for each list; Basic, Reduced, Short, and Special. The 4 reports will be ready before Friday. These reports will also be available for purchase on my product website HERE.
Below are my predictions for New York for Sunday June 14.

I predicted three special numbers for NY yesturday and 025 was one of them. It just hit New York as 052.
Also, 025 is on the Shortlist, which only has 15 numbers.
I will be sending Money Club members a Special Report explaining exactly how I am coming up with my Shorlist. This new report will be going out in a few days!
New York-Friday-6/12
UPDATE #1: I have seen a few hits so far from my Reduced list – but I just figured out how to reduce the list even more. I am calling this super-reduced list the Shortlist. I will test it out over the next few days. By the way, the numbers 024, 025, and 034 (box) look very good in NY for the next few days.
UPDATE #2: I will be sending out a brand new report to Money Club members explaining how I am coming up with the Reduced and Shortlist in about a week.
