I am bringing this up because a similar program for the WIN 4 game (Pick 4) will be going up soon! This program will help you identify the hottest Win 4 formula in the Win 4 game in your state (I suggest you enter the last 200 to 500 numbers into the program for BEST results). Here are the instructions that will come with the program:

Is there a Win 4 straight number formula (based on the ABCDE System) that keeps hitting your state over and over again? This program can help you answer that question. Enter one or more Win 4 numbers below
and the program will give you the straight number formula for that number based on the ABCDE System. For example, the formula for 5790 is CDEA and the formula for 8407 is ECAD. For best results enter the last
200 to 500 numbers that hit your state to identify a repeating formula (or formulas). Then copy the formulas in the output (200 or more) and paste these formulas into the ABC GROUP MATCHING (Win 4) program to identify the hottest formula on the list. This formula will then have to be converted into 16 straight numbers (2x2x2x2). Use the STRAIGHT POSITION-4 program to get the list of 16 straight numbers.

QUESTION: How did I reduce the 14 Lucky numbers for NY down to just 3 numbers? ANSWER: I used my Positional Tracking System.
