39 Numbers for New York
Digits 01 are due in the First Position in NY. I like 789 in the third position. The 2-way list for these two lists are these 39 numbers, good for NY for Tuesday Dec 21 or until one of them hits:

NOTE: This is fairly easy to determine for your state if you are tracking the numbers in your state the way I teach in SECRETS-2. Just look at your tracking sheet and see which of the TOP TWO DIGITS in the first, second, or third positions are most due. In other words, which of these digits have not hit in the longest. These top due digits will be hitting soon. Then it’s just a matter of getting the numbers that have these due digits in them (for the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd positions).

I predicted xx9 and xx8 numbers for NY earlier today, and xx9 just hit: 239. At least one person hit:
xx8 and xx9 Numbers are Due in New York
xx8 and xx9 numbers are due in New York. (You would know this if you are using the SECRETS-2 tracking system in NY). Which means that I would only play numbers from this list for the next one to two days.

The x4x List Reduced to 8 Numbers
The top two digits in the third position for all 120 box numbers in the Pick 3 game are 8 and 9 (xx8, xx9).
Therefore, when looking at the 20 x4x numbers (digit 4 happens to be the top middle digit in the Pick 3 game), the list can be reduced to just 8 numbers. In other words, when you have not seen an x4x number hit your state for a while (6 or more drawings) there is a good chance that one of these 8 numbers will hit.

This was followed by 804.
Notice that the digit 8 hit again.
I call digit 8 the Repeater. Digit 8 repeated or hit again in the next drawing. This happens over and over again; one of the digits that just hit will hit again in the next drawing. A practical use of this information is to enter the digits that just hit in the Hit Parade 100 program.

Notice that the number that hit on the next drawing (048) is on this second list as well.
With this system you would keep entering the digits of the last number that hit to get the playlist for the next drawing. So if 258 hit next, enter digits 258 into the Hit Parade program (either one, although the Hit Parade 100 will give you more hits). The list you get is good for the next drawing. If 459 hit next, enter 459; the list you get will be good for the next drawing, and so forth. You will not get a hit every drawing, but the winning number will be on the list of numbers MANY times. During a 7 day period (14 drawings), you may see the winning number on the list 5, 6, or 7 times!

The Due Middle Digit Strategy
If you read SECRETS-2, you know that the top two digits in the middle are 4 and 5; which means that when you have not seen a x4x or x5x hit in your state in a while, one of them is sure to hit soon. Well, 4 and 5 have not hit in the middle in New York since 834 on December 9 (that’s converted to 348: you have to convert all numbers to box form when using my systems), so a 4 or a 5 should be hitting soon; AND there are only 40 singles with a 4 or 5 in the middle:

And here is an advanced strategy (something I am working on now): one of the digits that just hit (238 just hit New York) tends to hit in the next drawing.
You can shorten any list by matching it up with the playlist for these three digits. The list will be good for the VERY NEXT DRAWING. So what you do is go to the 120-SINGLES-ONLY program and enter digits 238 to get the 85 singles in the Pick 3 game that have a 2, 3, or 8:

I will copy the list above into the Group Matching Program along with the 40 x4x and x5x numbers. When I do that, I get this shorter 2-way matching list of 23 numbers for New York:

So I am expecting a 4 or 5 to hit NY in the middle in the next 1 to 4 drawings…and if a 2, 3, or 8 repeats on the next drawing (evening drawing tonight) and a x4/5x number hits, it will be one the 23 numbers in the shorter list.
