Let me explain how this amazing program works.
Imagine you have a list of 200 numbers or codes.
Now imagine that you want to find out what pair shows up the most times in that list.
Trying to find the answer to this question by counting every pair in every number will be a very long and tedious process. Also, it is very easy to make mistakes when counting pairs by hand.
This program, however, will give you the answer instantly. Simply enter 10 or more numbers and this program will instantly give you a list of all the pairs on that list arranged by frequency with the hottest pair on top and the coldest pair on the bottom. This information is pure gold to the serious Pick 3 student.
For example, you can enter the last 100 or 200 numbers or codes in your state into this program and instantly know which pairs hit the most.
You can log in right now and start using the program right away. You can find the program near the bottom of the “Best Programs” section. Its the 3rd program from the bottom. Below is an example of how the program works using the last 60 numbers to hit New York starting from February 27, 2015 (609, 201). As you can see, the top pair is 68. It hit 8 times or 4.908% of the time in the 60 numbers entered.
STRATEGY: Based on this information, a good strategy would be to keep a close eye on these 10 numbers in NY for the next week: 680, 681, 682, 683, 684, 685, 686, 687, 688, 689.
RESULT: 068 hit New York a few days later on Monday March 2.

Today is Friday February 27.
The big lesson of prediction 15 is: ONLY PREDICT A NUMBERS.
So from now on I will just make predictions for A numbers.
When I saw CC hitting Florida on Wednesday (C-414 and C-585) that told me that an A number will be hitting next because…..
TWO BACK to BACK C NUMBERS is the BASIC TRIGGER for A NUMBERS.
Sure enough…an A number hit Florida on the next drawing (A-608).

So thats how to make money with this system; wait for the right triggers (CC or the A numbers not hitting for 3 or more drawings) then play the A numbers.
The problem now is that I only have two ABC programs; one for NY and one for FL.
Well, that is about to change.

After that, the New Jersey ABC program will be up on Pick3programs.com.

16th Prediction: an A Number Will Hit Florida on Thursday or Friday
So the big lesson of the 15th prediction is: Only predict A numbers.
Two C numbers hit Florida on Wednesday (Feb 25): C-585 and C-414.
CC is the basic trigger for A numbers.
Therefore, I am predicting that an A number will hit Florida today or tomorrow.

RESULT
A-608 hit on the very next drawing (midday Thursday Feb 26).
15th Prediction Commentary
My 15th prediction is that a B number will hit Florida on Tuesday or Wednesday (Feb 24 and Feb 25).
Tuesday passed with no B numbers hitting and its now Wednesday and the midday number just hit Florida and it was not a B number, it was a C number (C-414).
This means that a B number may hit tonight, I am not sure. Either way, I learned one thing from this: the Florida ABC numbers behave differently than the New York ABC numbers.
The fact that the A numbers for Florida cover just 57% of the numbers and not 60% of the numbers like the NY program may have a lot to do with this. (For the A numbers to cover 60% of the numbers for FL, the A list would have to be longer than 75 numbers, but I did not want to make the list longer than 75 numbers.).
So in this case I assumed that the FL game would behave the same as the NY game (in which case a B number would have hit by now) but that was not a correct assumption to make.
Either way, what I am now thinking is that one has to have a back up plan in this type of situation. I am thinking that one should probably have another 4-step betting sequence ready to go, just in case….
First Sequence: $18.75—$37.50—$75—$150
Second Sequence: $75–$150–$300–600
Yea, I know…this will not necessarily result in a profit since the $75 and $150 levels repeat, but it makes the best of a bad situation…without risking too much money.
One thing is certain; it is highly unlikely for the B numbers to be out of the game for more than 8 drawings.
Another Lesson: Only play the A numbers when they have not hit in 3 or more drawings.
Only playing A numbers when they are due is the safest play in this ABC system.
