Cold or Due pairs don’t work in Tennessee (827 came from due pair 27 – but I posted that 7 days ago on Friday April 12–HERE). So I will try something different. I will get the 5 hottest digits from the hottest pairs in the last 70 drawings: I will wheel these to get 10 singles. I will see if any of these 10 numbers hits in the next few days. NOTE: The hottest pair is 16 but I will flip that and turn it into 19 (Rule 69).
I said not to use pairs with a 6 or a 9 – but these two pairs have been due for a while, so they are bound to hit soon. However, California is a SLOW state – so this may not be the best system to use in California.
One of the two due pairs will hit quickly in some states (in 1 to 8 drawings). I call these FAST States. In other states you will have to wait 10 or more drawings for a hit (these are SLOW States). What I suggest you do is get the two most due pairs for 5 to 10 states, write the pairs down, and then WAIT to see which pairs hit soon after. For example, I notice that none of the two pairs I posted for CALIFORNIA have hit (posted HERE). Meanwhile, I have seen NORTH CAROLINA get two hits during the same time. Based on this, I would say that California is a SLOW state and NC is a FAST state. I would need to run more tests to confirm this (keep seeing how quickly one of the two due pairs hits), but based on what I have seen so far, California is a Slow State (at least based on this system). This means that I would use this Two Pair System in NC – but not in CA.
============================
I need to keep reminding myself of this Rule:
NEVERPlay Due Pairs that have a 6 or a 9 (Rule 69).
Avoid pairs with a 6 or a 9 because it will flip. Due pair 19 will hit as 16 and due pair 49 will hit as 46 and due pair 29 will hit as 26, etc. This means that you will have to WAIT longer for the due pair to hit. FOR EXAMPLE: I posted due pairs 15 and 46 for VIRGINIA on April 14 HERE. I made this prediction after the 241 that hit on the 14th (BEFORE 945 hit; see below).
Notice that pair 49 (the mirror of 46) hit 3 TIMES after 241.
=============================
IMPORTANT: The exception to this rule is pair 69 because it has both 6 and 9. So if 69 is a due pair, you can play it.
=============================
What I should have done here is use the 2nd pair from the 3-DUE program. In this case it was 04, which hit 4 drawings later in 470.
============================
Enter any due pair from the 3-DUE or 10-MOST DUE program into the BOX PAIR MASTER program to get a breakdown of that pair.
==================================
For example, lets enter pair 45.
The program will give you the playlist:
450 451 452 453 = Four Singles 456 457 458 459 = Four Singles 454 455 = Doubles
=====================
4 Number Reduction for a Pair
You may not want to play all 10 numbers for a due pair (especially if you are playing more than one state). That is why the program gives you different levels of reduction: 4, 6, and 8. The first level of reduction is 4 numbers. This means that if you want to play the LEAST amount of numbers possible, these are the four numbers I recommend. You will NOT get a hit every time, but you will get a hit many times….by just playing 4 numbers.
450 451 452 453 = Four Singles 456 457 458 459 = Four Singles 454 455 = Doubles
============================
6 Number Reduction for a Pair
The next level of reduction is 6 numbers. This this will give you more hits when the pair hits.
===========================
8 Number Reduction for a Pair
The next level of reduction is 8 numbers. This will give you more hits when the pair hits. These are the 8 singles.
========================
At the bottom you see the full playlist of 10 numbers for the pair.
================================
I recommend using this program along with the PAIR PLAYLIST program, or when working with pairs in general.
==============================
OHIO: 08, 47
Use the 3-DUE and 10-DUE programs above to find the two most due pairs. Sometimes both programs will give you the same most due pair. For example, 08 is the most due pair in OHIO right now. Pair 47 is the second most due pair in both states (do NOT use pair 16).
