Georgia (2-0-5): 250 and 952
I posted the Georgia report HERE. What you want to do in GA is (whenever possible) play numbers with digits 2, 0, or 5. These are the three hottest digits in GA: 2-0-5. The number 250 hit yesterday. 952 hit in the morning (has a 2 and a 5) and 956 hit in the evening (has a 5).

4-The CALIFORNIA Tracking System
I put up the report for California yesterday HERE. I will be putting up the report for other states soon (these reports will be FREE). But for now, I want to show you how to use the key digit list as a tracking system. The key digit list has the hottest digits up on top and the coldest digits on the bottom. Notice that there have been no hits from the top two lists (keys 1 and 9) in the last 6 drawings in California. Both 735 and 537 are from the key 3 list and 032 is on the list for key 0. So there is a gap here…and it will be filled up soon.
PREDICTION: a number from the top two groups (keys 1 and 9) will hit California in 1 to 4 days (in the next 8 drawings). I would not be surprised if the hit comes today or tomorrow (Friday August 4 or Saturday August 5).
By the way…the total list of numbers is NOT 30 (16 + 14) because some of the numbers repeat. You can consolidate the list by copying both lists of numbers and pasting them into the Consolidation program (this program removes duplicates). The consolidated list has 25 singles.

2-My $3.75 Betting Strategy and NC: 057, 145, 258, 358, 359 (Wed August 2)
My $3.75 Betting Strategy
I am still playing the 5 numbers for New York (028-056-058-235-258) – but I am using a new betting strategy where I spend less money. This betting strategy is based on identifying the 2 numbers from the list that you like the most (2 Number System) and ONLY playing these two numbers straight (12 straight numbers). The 3 other numbers are played BOX. In this case, I am playing these 12 numbers STRAIGHT for 0.25 cents ($225 if I hit):
028 082 208 280 802 820
056 065 506 560 605 650
And I am playing these 3 numbers BOX for 0.25 cents: 058, 235, 258. This means that I am only spending $3.75 per drawing. This is $7.50 per day. And I still have a chance of winning $225 if one of my two main numbers hit. If one of the 3 numbers hits within the next 1 to 10 drawings, I will make a small profit or break even. You should only play your numbers for a maximum of 5 days when you use this strategy in a 2-draw per day state like New York.

How to Find the Second-Best State to Play
Look at the recent Excel sheet for the 5 numbers here. Look at the SORTED page to see which states got the most hits. The best state to play is obviously Connecticut – but what is the 2nd best state to play?
Here is what you do: Go to the main page and remove all the other states.
You want states with nicely distributed hits….like New Jersey.
Therefore, I am removing MICHIGAN from the list because the 4 hits it got in the last 26 days were concentrated in a short 4-day period.
Now…look for the state with the oldest hit. In this case its North Carolina. It got a hit on the 24th. This means that its due for a hit soon.
NEXT…I suggest you update the NC Pick 3 list and re-enter the last 400 numbers into the Power 5 program to confirm the 5 due numbers. North Carolina numbers are HERE.

How to Find the 2 Best Numbers to Play
Take the same list of 400 numbers and enter it into the Pair Frequency Finder program and see which pairs show up on the 5 numbers. As you can see below, the number 258 has hot pairs 28 and 25. The number 358 has hot pair 38. The number 145 has pair 14 and 359 has pair 59. So far, 258 looks very good.
Next, look at the 10 most due pairs. See if any of the pairs show up in the 5 due numbers. Keep in mind that the pair on the top left is the most due pair (34 below). The next most due pair is 45. Then 58, and so forth. This means that pair 04 is the most recent pair added to the list.
After some thought, I think that 258 and 358 are the best two numbers (you may come up with different numbers). I say that because these two numbers have pair 58. Also, they are the first two numbers on the list above (Pair Frequency Finder). HOWEVER, there is a chance that 145 can hit before these two numbers because pair 45 is more due than pair 58.
IMPORTANT: Only ONE of the 5 numbers gets replaced after a hit. So even if the next hit is not 258 or 358, I would continue to play then STRAIGHT (12 straight numbers) for the next cycle.
If you play NC, you can play all 5 numbers (use the $3.75 strategy I explained earlier) or just play 258 and 358.

FIGURE OUT: Why did THAT Number Hit?–If the next number that hits is NOT 258 or 358, it’s OK because these two numbers are still in play. It just means that I will have to play them for a longer period of time. This also means that one of the 3 other numbers hit and was replaced by a new number. However, I will pay attention to the number that actually hit and figure out WHY it hit. In other words; what triggered that number to hit? Or what other strategy could I have used to predict it? The 2 Number System is basically an ongoing learning process.
