This is consistent with what I have seen in the past: only 34% of the 23 states (7.82 or 8 rounded up) show a hit from week to week. Which means that  you should only expect to see hits in 8 states this coming week. I think that there is a good chance that most of the hits will come from the other 15 states that did NOT hit last week.
