I send out 10 numbers for 29 states every Sunday morning.

The numbers are good for 7 days (Sunday to Saturday).

Some states get a hit almost every week (Georgia, Texas, Ontario,
Connecticut, Virginia, Missouri, etc.) – but some states do NOT
(example: NEBRASKA, NORTH CAROLINA, PUERTO RICO,
FLORIDA, MINNESOTA, NEW JERSEY, etc.).

The reason is that my numbers are based on the 5 HOTTEST
digits in the last 60 drawings – but I suspect that the 5 COLDEST
digits do better in these states (NE, NC, PR, FL, etc.).

So I am going to back test the 5 coldest digits in these states.

If they do better, I will be posting a NEW set of numbers for these states.

This means that you will be seeing MORE hits in these states.
