The Mega Millions App

I want to take a little survey.

I am thinking of creating a Mega Millions app (see website HERE).

I am doing this for this game because I will be covering 46 jurisdictions (44 states plus the District of Columbia and the U. S. Virgin Islands (for the Take 5 game I will have to code each state separately; that will be too much work).

In Mega Millions players pick 6 numbers from two separate pools of numbers – five numbers from 1 to 70 (the white balls) and one number from 1 to 25 (the gold Mega Ball) – or select Easy Pick/Quick Pick.

Something to keep in mind here is that just picking the 5 correct numbers (from 1 to 70) pays a cool $1 million. The app I have in mind will do 3 things:

(1) Give you a smaller group of numbers to pick the 5 numbers from (20 to 35 numbers – instead of 70).
(2) Give you a smaller group of numbers to pick the Mega Ball number from (maybe 5 numbers).
(3) 10 to 20 Ready to Play Mumbers.

The app will be cheap; maybe $9.99 per month.

$25,000 (Almost) Won in Pennsylvania Tonight!

You missed it straight by one digit once again. 4321 was drawn for 11-16 for Pa evening draw, your pick is 4326. Once again i miseed $25,000 by one number. I’m playing your top four picks sraight and boxed $5 dollars each. I must be dreaming.
