I am now seriously considering going back to the Pick 3 game because my Win 4 numbers have not hit in a long time. However, my Lucky 7 System has generated TWO hits so far this week; 679 on Sunday and 196 today (Thursday Jan 24). You can see the hit HERE. 

The hot pair is 69 (the 7th and 8th digits) in the 40 number distribution.

EXPLANATION: These are the 10 locations in the 40 number distribution (normal sequence: 0 to 9)—The pair I want are the digits in positions 7 and 9:

The distribution for New York as of the last Saturday (JAN 19) is this:

Notice that the digit in position 7 is 6. The digit in position 9 is 9….so the hot pair in NY this week is 69. So the numbers to play are 69x (with x = 0 to 9) – but I have reduced this list down to 7 numbers.

QUESTION: Can this system work as a Pen and Paper system?

ANSWER: No because you need a program to get the 40 number distribution. The Lucky 7 program will give you the distribution…so will the Visual Distribution 40 program.

QUESTION: Does this system work in all states?

ANSWER: It works better in some states than in others. You can find out by back testing the Lucky 7 program for the last 10 weeks; if you see at least 6 hits; the system works in your state.

I sent out a report explaining my Lucky 7 Pick 3 system for the Pick 3 game late on Saturday night. The report predicted 7 numbers for New York this week (Sun Jan 20 to Sat Jan 26). One of the 7 numbers was 697. The number 679 hit New York the next day. 679 hit New York in the evening on Sunday.

I suggest only using this program on SATURDAY night; the numbers will be good for the following week. Here is what you do: Enter the last 40 numbers that hit your state starting from the numbers that hit the last
Saturday, which would be the 19th.

For example, for New York….

…the 40 numbers would start with 206 and 907. 
Keep going back until you have 40 numbers.
Enter these into the program.
Below is the output…the numbers are good for the
next 7 days (Jan 20 to Jan 26).

This will not happen every week.

There will be weeks with no hits.

However, you will also see from time to time weeks with TWO hits.

The 7 numbers are based on a pair (pair 69 in this particular case) which would normally give you 10 numbers (69X…with X being digits 0 to 9). What I have done here is reduced the list down to 7 numbers.

ADVANCED STRATEGY #1
Here is another reduction strategy: Only play the numbers 6 DAYS a week. In other words….play the numbers from Sunday to FRIDAY (do not play them on Saturday).

ADVANCED STRATEGY #2
Back test the program for 10 to 20 weeks (from Saturday to Saturday) to see how frequently the numbers hit; this will tell you when the numbers are due to hit. For example, I know that if none of the 7 numbers have hit in the last week or two (the 7 numbers change every Saturday night by the way), there is an excellent chance that one of the 7 numbers will hit the following week.
