I want to clarify a few things. This system does not require having a 5dimes account because it is not related to the lottery. And it will not require alot of money to get started; you can start with very little. Actually, this system is created specifically for people who do NOT have access to money. This is a system for POOR people, or at least those who have limited financial resources.
